BabyBug has been pretty slow to gain weight since she hit 6 lbs, but she is at 6 lbs 3 oz now. Yay!
Leah got her 2-month vaccines yesterday and today, so she is pretty out of it and is running a little fever. She was very sleepy yesterday, and was a little bit more alert today but was still relatively lethargic. They’re giving her some Tylenol tonight.
Not much else to report besides more of the same – breathing issues, leaking Mic-Key button, inflammation at the insertion site. The surgeons are keeping an eye on it and we’ve been told the leaking should stop as she gets bigger.

I told a couple of my co-workers about you all today, how Leah puts up with so much and yet is Queen of All She Surveys. They’re cheering for all of you now, too.
Also, if this is how she reacts to mittening, I fear for you Mamas when she figures out what you mean by “no.”
Awww, yay for more cheerleaders!! Leah thanks you for acknowledging her royal supremacy. She had a rough day today (more suction tube problems) so she can use all the cheerleading she can get!
Hahahaha. It all goes back to my mom’s wish for me to have a little girl JUST LIKE ME. It looks like that may just happen. 🙂
Love the pics of BabyBug she is so sweet and such a cuddle bug. I look forward to seeing them everyday. I’m praying for God’s healing so there will be no more tubes soon. By the way all moms say that about you having a child just like yourself, someday you will say it too. I hate seeing baby girl crying. Breaks my heart and I can only imagine how hard it is on you mommies!! My thoughts and prayers are with that little sweetheart…. also for u mommies.
